Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not send ourselves internationally, but we do have the option of selling in USD for foreign companies and issue invoices with %0 VAT. The shipment will run at costumers expense with all the responsabilities it carries.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and cash payments at our office, but we mostly use money transfer.
How are shipping charges calculated?
As a company that sips through all Mexico we have agreements with some shipping companies to have some benefits as lower prices and faster shipments.
Products
Are all your needs always in stock?
We do have a lot of products in constant big stocks, but as a manufacturers we can also provide materials with special specifications, only these will have a lead time, which varies according to the complexity of the manufacturing process.
Do you have product certifications?
Some products do need to have certificates of the manufacturer for quality inspections or an audit. Another reason is internatioal shipments as a lot of our clients are foreign companies with factories in Mexico, that's why we do count with several products with the necessary qualifications.
